Distance Sales Agreement
Subject of the Agreement
This agreement governs the terms of sale of digital products and services offered by Ozillo Voice. It is subject to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Products and Services
Ozillo Voice provides digital tools and services for YouTube content creators. All products and services are digital and delivered instantly.
Price and Payment
Product prices are listed on our website. Payments can be made via secure payment systems (iyzico) using credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods.
Delivery
Digital products are transferred to your account immediately after purchase. Delivery is instant and you will be notified by email.
Right of Withdrawal
If digital content is delivered instantly and use has begun, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. However, if use has not begun within 14 days after purchase, the right of withdrawal may be exercised.
Responsibilities
The seller is responsible for providing products and services in accordance with the features specified in the agreement. The buyer may not use products and services for unlawful purposes.
Dispute Resolution
The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to disputes arising from this agreement. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction.
Personal License and Account Misuse
All services and digital content offered through Ozillo Voice are protected under industrial property and copyright laws. Each subscription and user account is personal; sharing login credentials or joint use constitutes a license violation and unfair use.
If such violations are detected through different IP addresses or simultaneous multi-location logins, Ozillo Voice reserves the right to terminate the agreement unilaterally, close the account without refund, and initiate legal proceedings for any material or moral damages. By logging in, the user is deemed to have accepted this legal framework and sanctions in advance.
