Delivery & Return Policy

Subscription Delivery

Ozillo Voice provides digital subscription services. Your subscription is activated on your account immediately upon purchase and you can start using it right away.

• The subscription becomes active immediately upon purchase
• There is no physical product delivery
• All transactions are processed through secure payment systems
• The subscription starts on the payment date and is calculated as a monthly or annual period from that date

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel your subscription:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period
• For example, if you purchased a subscription on January 15 and cancel on February 10, your subscription continues until February 15
• Your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the period
• Your access to the service stops when the subscription ends
• No refund is provided after subscription cancellation

Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription, use the "Cancel Subscription" option in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately and your subscription remains active until the end of the current period.

Subscription Renewal

If your subscription is on auto-renewal, it renews automatically at the end of each period and the fee is charged to your account. To turn off auto-renewal, use the "Turn Off Auto-Renewal" option in your account settings.

Refund Policy

Because subscription services are digital content, refunds are not accepted after the subscription has started. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent automatic renewal in the next period.
