Voice Cloning Feature – Disclaimer and Terms of Use

1. Purpose of Use and Consent

The voice cloning feature offered on our platform may only be used to process the user's own voice or voice recordings of third parties for which the user has legal rights and/or explicit consent. By uploading a voice for cloning, the user declares and undertakes that they have the necessary permission, rights, or legal authority over that voice.

2. Prohibited Uses

The use of the voice cloning feature is strictly prohibited for the following purposes:

• Impersonating or mimicking any real person without their consent
• Fraud, forgery, defamation, or producing misleading content (deepfake)
• Producing hate speech, harassment, threats, or illegal content
• Creating content that would violate third parties' personality rights, privacy, or intellectual property rights

3. Limitation of Liability

This platform is solely a technical tool. All legal, criminal, and financial liability arising from the creation, use, and distribution of voice content produced through the platform rests exclusively with the user who produced the content. Ozillo Voice is not obligated to monitor the accuracy, legality, or compliance with third-party rights of content produced by users and provides no guarantees in this regard.

Ozillo Voice cannot be held liable for misuse or improper use of content produced by users through this tool, or for any direct or indirect damages (including material, moral, and reputational damages, but not limited to these) that may arise for third parties as a result of such use.

4. Legal Compliance

The user agrees to comply with all applicable national and international legislation (including personal data protection legislation) when using the voice cloning feature. If use contrary to relevant legislation is detected, Ozillo Voice reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's account and may cooperate with authorities when deemed necessary.

5. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold Ozillo Voice harmless from any claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from use contrary to these terms.

Intellectual Property Rights
